To enrol in an online language course, you can visit our website and check the available courses. Select the course that suits your needs and fill out the contact form. We’ll get back to you within 24 hours via email to finalise the enrolment process. If you have any questions or need assistance, our support team is available to guide you through the enrollment process.

We understand that circumstances may require you to reschedule or cancel a class. For individual classes, we have a rescheduling and cancellation policy in place, which allows you to make changes to your class schedule with a 48 hour notice. On the contrary, if you are attending a group class, it’s impossible to reschedule or cancel it. Please contact our support team for more information.

We’ll ask you to provide us with your credit card details in the enrolment form prior to the start of the course. You’ll be charged automatically at the beginning of each month. In case you’d like to cancel your subscription, please let us know at least 10 days in advance.

We accept the following payment methods for online subscriptions:
Credit/debit cards: you can pay using different credit cards such as Visa, Mastercard, American Express, etc.
Bank transfers: we also offer the option to pay through bank transfers, where you can directly transfer funds from your bank account to our account using the provided details. This option is only available for a 3-month subscription.

Yes, upon successful payment, you will receive a payment confirmation and a receipt via email. Please ensure that your email address is entered correctly during the enrolment process.
